  • Delivery around 20-25 business days from receipt of PO unless agreed otherwise in advance and may be subject to change during busy seasons and/or other issues out of our control (vendor stocking issues, shipping delays, weather issues).
  • eVA users-enter your order as a non-catalog order and our eVA number is-C21685. You must attach your quote to your eVA order (check box to make visible) and add the quote number in the details of your purchase order to expedite processing.
  • Orders cancelled or changed after blank products are received by our plants will be subject to restocking fees of 30%.
  • Any orders issues or product defects must be brought to the attention of our sales team within 3 business days of receipt of delivery and are non-negotiable after that.
  • Proofs approvals are your official direction for VCE to proceed with producing your order and we are not responsible for logo errors determined after that point. Digital proofs and supplier website product colors may vary due to monitor calibrations so Pantone colors should be referenced for better matching but variances are to be expected due to different material applications.
  • Sizing charts are available for every item sold so there are no refunds due to fit issues after items are embellished.
  • There are no warranties on products with the exception of the OGIO brand who offers a limited warranty.
  • Embellished items may be subject to 10% over/under runs on larger orders.
  • Blank face masks and/or any embellished, altered/hemmed item is not returnable.
