Virginia Correctional Enterprises (VCE) offers the following warranty for its case goods, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for the specified time periods:

• 5 years – Seating, case goods, residence life, and systems furniture
• 2 years – Fabric and foam
• 1 year – Lighting

This warranty applies only to case goods manufactured by VCE. It does not cover damage resulting from neglect, alterations, or customizations not originally intended for the furniture. Additionally, natural variations in wood are not considered defects under this warranty. No agent, seller, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty. The warranty and its remedies are exclusive and replace all other warranties, whether written, oral, express, or implied.

To initiate a warranty request, please provide the VCE sales order number. For assistance, including inquiries about manufacturer warranties, contact VCE Customer Service at 800-823-2823.

Note: This warranty does not apply to clearance, close-out, or second-hand items. A loaner program may be available under special conditions.

VCE offers installation services during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The installation includes product assembly, setup, and removal of all packaging materials. However, all electrical connections from VCE's products to the building site are the customer's responsibility.

Installation Fees

Installation fees are based on the number of pieces being installed.

Special Conditions

Additional fees may apply for the following situations:

• Installation outside normal business hours, on holidays, or weekends
• Stair carries when elevator access is unavailable
• No dock access, requiring extra handling of the product
• Limited building or site access
• Special equipment required for installation
• Parking permits or traffic control requirements

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may be applied to returned orders.

Temporary Storage

VCE offers one month of free storage from the order's due date. After that, a fee will be charged for each additional month.
